At Investis I managed a freelance development team spread across four timezones (Australia – London) from a 250-page draft PDF to an online report in 10 days. I used Basecamp, Skype and Google Docs to ensure that my team had a supportive, co-operative environment. We also managed multiple content versions and met AA accessibility guidelines too!
