Bostock and Pollitt have managed BT Openzone’s website since 2008, not only creating a fresh new look and feel for the growing BT brand, but also providing ongoing maintenance across their entire online portfolio.
Acting as BT Openzone’s ‘brand guardian’ – we defined the visual style throughout the site, as well as creating a simpler customer journey for hotspot users, which is rolling out to all BT Openzone sites over 2010.
Jointly managing the client with another colleague allowed us to always ensure that we could quickly respond to their needs. Having an in-depth knowledge of both the design and technical constraints of the sites and the processes involved helps ensure that updates and projects are delivered to very tight timescales.
We also managed a refresh of the Partnerzone section of their website to help with the business development team. This section of the site is now amongst the most detailed of its peers and provides detailed information and benefits for potential businesses on the BT Openzone wi-fi network.
